Our band heaters are of Stainless-Steel Sheath Construction and contain Phlogopite Mica which has twice the wattage capability and longer life than what our competitors use. We TIG weld our connections with 100% Nickel wire which provides for a more consistent and stronger connection. All this combined leads to less downtime and fewer headaches for maintenance and production.
